We're looking for a smart and talented QA Analyst to join our team. Criteria Corp is a leading provider of online pre-employment testing services. We want to provide the best possible experience for our users, and you will play a critical role by making sure that our platform is fully functional and bug-free.

The position is full-time and based in our corporate office in West Hollywood, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Review functional requirements and documentation to ensure that they are testable.
• Develop test plans and tests cases for various projects.
• Work with Developers to maximize coverage of automated tests.
• Perform manual testing and exploratory testing on new features.
• Document and communicate any and all bugs that were found so Developers can quickly address them.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in QA.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment. We run two-week sprints, and the ideal candidate will be able to thrive in this environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Bonus: Automated testing experience.
• Bonus: Knowledge of APIs and how to test APIs.
