Product Specialist — TikTok
Responsibilities
1. Work cross-functionally with PM, Engineering, Marketing, PR, and Content to guarantee market readiness for product launches, including communications, trainings and support during rollout 2. Prioritize feedback and recommendations; build clear cases for embedding requests within the product roadmap 3. Be a product expert; serve as a consultant for the Content team and own product knowledge dissemination in the organization 4. Set targets and goals for adoption of features; assist in developing and launching ab tests to reach those goals 5. Work with XFN teams to drive positive user impact
Qualifications
1. Project management experience, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 2. Strong analytical skillset, including expertise in Excel and SQL 3. Effective communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data and translate complex ideas into clear recommendations 4. Prior experience working in consumer technology preferred 5. Relevant undergraduate degree
