Tunnel Digital is looking to hire outstanding technical professionals to join us in working on various projects for one of the major film studios.

Candidate must be self-motivated, organized, possess a keen attention to detail and thoughtful problem solving skills. Must be a team player and want to work in a small but dynamic, fast-paced environment. This person needs to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. This person will work directly with Project Manager and other Product Owners, Software Development and needs to be a fantastic communicator.

Requirements:

• Works with internal stakeholders and external customers to analyze and document customer business problems and needs
• Serve as a technical resource to use various data to drive product development and backlog
• Prioritizes product backlogs
• Creates user stories in the product backlog to support development of applications
• Works with development and project management teams to clarify user story acceptance criteria
• Develops prototypes to validate customer requirements
• Maintains high availability to the product development team throughout the lifecycle of every sprint
• Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines and flexible to work extended hours/weekends as needed
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills
• Other duties as assigned

Education/experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or related major or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Systems/Business Analysis, Software Engineering or Digital Cinema related field
• Strong knowledge of agile development practices (especially Scrum), methodologies and tools. Direct hands on experience with writing user stories, grooming product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast paced, ever changing environment
• Hands on experience with Jira and various plugins
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional technical teams
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming customer needs into an actionable product vision and requirements definition.

Preferred:

• Solid technical understanding of the Digital Cinema industry
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a huge plus
• Design experience with a focus on software products and technologies
• UI/UX experience
