Product Operations Analyst

Responsibilities include:
- Act as a product owner for the WELL product engineering teams.
- Clearly express Product Backlog items and assist the product engineering teams in refining them.
- Manage priorities for the items in the Product Backlog to support delivery of high quality products on schedule that meet strategic needs.
- Ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the teams will work on next.
- Ensure the product engineering teams understand items in the Product Backlog to the level needed
- Contribute to Agile product engineering teams as Product Owner by
- Attending daily Scrum meetings
- Keeping Scrum artifacts up to date and visible
- Helping resolve impediments to the team
- Assisting with sprint planning and review meetings
- Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels including project documentation, follow up, and status reports
- As time permits, develop and maintain customer facing documentation for all new feature capabilities.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, implementation, and program management to provide a consistent and accurate description of specific product capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve team metrics and goals
- Attention to detail with the ability to complete a large volume of work quickly and accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive communications and instructions
- Experience driving project execution and managing stakeholder expectations around project deliverables.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working directly with complex technical software applications
- Experience developing and maintaining written product documentation
- User generated content moderation experience
- Experience working within the Scrum Agile framework
