We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Snap! As a member of the larger Monetization organization, and as the dedicated Product Marketing Manager for Privacy & Brand Safety, you will partner closely with our Product Management & Advertiser Solutions teams to launch products and grow their understanding and adoption across the advertising industry.
What you’ll do:
Be a recognized Safety & Privacy expert, collaborate with a group of monetization Product Managers, Product Marketers, and ad industry leaders to develop global go-to market strategies and plans, including product positioning, narrative, internal communications, and activation strategies
Use your market knowledge and analytical mindset to properly inform the roadmap, build global go to market strategies, and coordinate ongoing marketing efforts to grow awareness, understanding, and adoption of Snapchat’s privacy and safety solutions
Lead the development of Snap’s advertiser facing brand safety and privacy positioning in market
Represent Snapchat to external stakeholders, including industry groups, alongside advertiser solutions leadership, on topics and at events focused on privacy and safety
Drive successful cross functional alignment on go to market strategy for new products and solutions, tracking success metrics accordingly
Inspire and educate both internal and external teams on Snapchat’s safety and privacy solutions
Build frameworks and processes to structure conversations, create & socialize marketing initiatives, and drive alignment across teams and leadership
Work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups, both within Snapchat and across partner organizations, with minimal guidance
Demonstrate a solid vision for bringing products to market, be at ease in a fast moving and ambiguous environment, and showcase excellent problem solving and communication skills in order to drive impact across a multitude of team
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Strong public speaking skills and comfortable presenting to groups of 100 - 500+
Experience spearheading projects across large, cross functional teams
Strong understanding of and previous experience working across the brand safety and privacy landscape
Bachelor’s degree (in marketing, business, economics or other relevant field) or equivalent years of experience
6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Advertising Technology or other relevant digital experience
Strong track record bringing products to market & driving global education and adoption, preferably in the privacy and safety space
Comfortable with data analytics tools, such as Looker & Excel, and working with Data Science or Data Engineering teams
Experience with ad and/or marketing technology at a top-tier digital ad platform
A strong understanding of Snapchat and the digital advertising landscape, particularly as it pertains to brand safety and privacy
Experience working with remote product and sales teams
Track record of public speaking experience
