We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager for our Product team to help drive our mission to transform the way humans learn, work, and collaborate.
As a Product Manager, you will provide leadership in platform innovation and drive buy-in for our vision with our stakeholders. A successful candidate will be able to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced technical environment, balance strategic vision with attention to details, and approach problems from a data and systems-design perspective. You will be working closely with a variety of stakeholders to understand their current workflows, identify gaps and goals, develop requirements, prioritize initiatives and lead the product roadmap, from conception through launch to ongoing development and operational oversight.
In This Role You Will:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Drive and cultivate team development with a product focused, R&D mindset
- Provide clear product vision to your Scrum team and co-lead the Agile scrum to execute on roadmap with clear breakthroughs.
- Develop ways to improve the team’s productivity, efficiency and collaboration by supporting future projects by designing, improving and initiating core systems
- Release planning and management which involves mapping out the overall release, resource allocation, resource efficiency and influence of the product release process
- Clearly set the product/backlog prioritization with a balance of near-term deliverables and longer-term investment
- Assist in completing third party security assessment questionnaires as required to support business unit and/or functional group partners. Coordinate responses to security assessments from customers and business partners.
- Effectively communicate strategies and trade-offs up to senior leaders and down to development team
- Partner across the organization to deliver business results in a product ecosystem environment while communicating and influencing effectively
What We Look For in a Candidate:
- Bachelor’s (BA or BS) in business, computer science, or related field
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Prior experience working in a technology start-up environment
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- High sense of urgency and ability to work well in and navigate a matrix environment.
- Effectively interface with development, business, analytics, operations, systems, and marketing personnel.
- Advanced customer service skills.
