What You Will Do

• Own the product vision. Be an expert on the use cases, the domain, and the market. Evangelize the vision to your customers, team, and stakeholders and ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company vision.

• Develop and champion a product roadmap that prioritizes high-impact customer solutions and contributes to company goals.

• You’ll run collaborative user research studies to find user experience touch points that help customers get the most out of our tools and those that partners provide.

• You will drive execution against our plan in collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, and Design peers: making tradeoffs, managing the workflow with engineering leaders and design, driving execution, and anticipating risks.

• You will have high comfort with rapid prototyping, incremental shipping to deliver value to users. You ensure that we ship well-crafted products at a timely pace.

• Embrace a culture that measures and rewards customer adoption and utility. Define what success means for everything you release before it's built. Develop ways to consistently define and monitor success.

• You will be a strong leader and negotiator who will drive consensus and articulate product recommendations and trade-offs to your team, stakeholders and senior executives.

What You Possess

• 5+ years of product management experience.

• You're passionate about building products people love.

• You are a genuine self-starter who proactively identifies challenges/opportunities and works across the team to generate and execute solutions.

• You are deeply curious with a need to understand “why” - a person with “strong opinions, loosely held.”

• You approach complex challenges methodically, building decision-making frameworks founded on qualitative and quantitative data.

• Proven track record shipping elegant, pleasant, productive user-facing products at scale in a highly dynamic environment.

• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written/verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Enterprise software experience in user-facing tools.

• Passion for, or experience with, the Non Profit space and the problems we are solving.

• Tolerance for ambiguity, creativity in strategy and execution tactics, and always improving on the status quo.
