Product Manager

About the Role
The Product Manager will oversee the strategic and tactical development of the GoodRx product line. This involves defining a product vision, managing a product roadmap and working with engineering and design to release features that improve the customer experience and add business value.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a product roadmap and ensuring product development connects to user needs and business goals
- Set the product strategy, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers to ship high-quality experiences to customers
- Establish clear channels of communication with customers and stakeholders across the company to determine product needs and requirements
- Manage the product development process from concept through to launch and beyond
- Build use cases and user stories around a product and communicate them effectively
- Integrate user feedback into product requirements to ensure products satisfy user needs as well as wants
- Make informed product decisions leverage quantitative and qualitative data
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of product management / product ownership experience
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- Experience working on a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and partners
- Strong user experience sensibilities and appreciation for minimal interface design
- Strong use of analytics, user research and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
- Solid technical knowledge either through formal education or professional experience
- Experience working in an enterprise software environment a plus
- Experience working for a startup a plus
- Experience working in the healthcare industry a plus
