As a Product Manager at ringDNA, you’ll lead the development of high-quality products and features by curating and balancing many varied perspectives, advocating for both our users and our business.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate requirements from internal teams, customers, sales and support and driving ongoing prioritization of product investments
- Process, review and interpret qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights
- Drive product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with engineers, QA, UX, sales, and marketing
- Write specs, manage project execution, UI/UX wireframe, and define product roll-out timelines and strategy
- Deepen existing customer engagement with RingDNA, supporting expanded product usage and customer roadmaps
- Develop detailed personas, use cases, and functional specifications to ship features that customers love
- Collaborate with product marketing to support the creation of customer-driven messaging and content
Who You Are:
- 3+ years working as a Product Manager on a cloud product, preferably enterprise SaaS
- BS or MS in UX, computer science, electrical engineering or similar field OR experience as a Software Engineer, Designer or Startup Founder
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills across multiple audiences (internal, external, business and technical)
- Strong understanding and empathy for users
- Exposure to Salesforce preferred
