As the Product Manager for the internal tools team, you will work with key stakeholders and team members across the organization to streamline and optimize our back office systems in order to provide a best-in-class service experience for our customers. You will report to the Director of Product Management, and work closely with our on-site development team to ensure that new product initiatives are appropriately prioritized, spec’d and implemented in order to hit our key objectives. What You'll Do

• Write detailed product specifications and usability testing plans to create new website functionality and features
• Understand The Black Tux’s product strategy and help in determining its direction, especially with regards to internal tools development
• Communicate with internal stakeholders on priorities, status, and results of launched initiatives
• Work with the Product, Design, and Development Teams to establish and execute on a Product Roadmap achieving optimization, innovation and growth
• Track and analyze performance based on KPIs and secondary measures in order to evaluate product performance and make informed decisions around prioritization
• Support internal clients (ops, customer care) in operational functions related to technology initiatives
• Own prioritization and negotiation of features that impact your product vertical

Who You Are

• Bachelor's Degree (Technical or other analytical field is a plus)
• 3+ years experience as a product manager designing/developing internet or related technologies, especially for e-commerce
• Exceptional communication, organizational and analytical skills
• High EQ and ability to work with different people across the organization
• Technical understanding and ability to work with engineers; facility with web tech (HTML/CSS/Javascript) preferred
• Solid understanding of system architecture
• Passion for user experience, web technology, and e-commerce
