As Product Manager focused on Riot Initiatives, you'll lead passionate cross-functional teams to create innovative internal platforms that'll unlock Riot's ability to deliver player value. By leading teams, you'll drive development, smash through obstacles, and push projects across the finish-line. You'll meet and exceed expectations by helping concept, deliver, enhance, and influence projects at every stage of production. You'll do all of this in service of an ambitious transformation of Riot's company infrastructure into a highly adaptable, efficient, and effective machine that multiplies Riot's ability to deliver player value.

You will:

• Develop a deep systems understanding of how Riot operates, craft a vision for how it can evolve, and lead a team to make that transformation a reality
• Oversee multiple internal strategic Riot projects at once, helping set vision while prioritizing alignment for all levels of development, recruitment of new talent, and leadership for fellow Rioters
• Lead prodigiously talented teams while getting your hands dirty by working directly with Rioters from Brand, Culture, Engineering, Facilities, Finance, Legal, and IT as you create an internal platform of products to unlock Riot's ability to deliver player value
• Inform and build feature roadmaps, identifying critical path issues while pulling together strike forces to blast through barriers and ship value to Rioters
