System1 is looking for a product manager to work with our Publishing team to help lead the roadmap and execution for our website and campaign management products. We are a fast-growing and profitable company looking to scale our owned-and-operated websites to keep pace with the business. The ideal person is highly motivated, accustomed to a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of evolving business needs. We are looking for someone who will be able to understand user problems and obtain feedback on existing and competitive products in order to interact with internal stakeholders to improve our products. This role will report directly to the VP of Product and help build out a strong, goal-oriented, agile development team.

The Role You Will Have

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of user-centered and business needs-driven websites through hands-on involvement and interaction with various internal stakeholders
• Be the go-to person for all matters related to the business unit
• Utilize strategic insight and organizational skills to identify unmet opportunities and consumer needs
• Effectively utilize metrics to maintain a technical analysis of products and processes, highlight problems and areas of improvement, and indicate measures of success
• Ensure product is developed to meet business goals and customer needs
• Manage agile processes for multiple simultaneous initiatives
• Own the definition, tracking, and reporting on KPIs for all products
• Be responsible for team execution and delivering on stated milestones

What You Will Bring

• 2-4 years of product experience with campaign/marketing management systems and websites
• Working knowledge of web architecture and REST APIs
• Have worked within adtech ecosystems, including DSP, SSP, DMP
• Strong leadership to manage competing and conflicting requirements
• Engineering or computer science education and/or relevant technical background
• Strong background of increasing responsibilities and clear success in delivering products
• Excellent written, verbal, and leadership skills
• Critical and analytical thinking skills
• Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is a plus
