We’re looking for a senior Product Manager to join the Measurement Product team. As a member of the larger Monetization organization, and as the product owner of Data, Integrations, and Privacy, you will lead our third party data export strategy (including measurement, attribution, and custom integrations) rooted in a privacy-by-design approach.
Working from our Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Mountain View office, you’ll collaborate with engineers, data scientists, marketing science and product marketers to build scalable & reliable measurement solutions to integrate across our advertisers.
What you’ll do:
Define product roadmap, goals and results for your area; viewability, verification, data export and measurement privacy. Solutions include MMM, MTA, tagging vendors, custom direct-to-advertiser integrations, and brand & sales measurement among others.
Develop long term strategy for measurement integrations and programs that are privacy-safe by design
Understand risks to our business and plan and deploy products for the future state of measurement (e.g. potential Clean Room, Data Consortium, Identifier-less solutions with third parties, etc.)
Work closely with Snap measurement engineering and partner engineering to drive day-to-day execution against OKRs
Drive strategic product decisions via evaluation of market trends and meticulous retrospective and prospective analysis of product and revenue performance
Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements (internal & external stakeholders), write specs, create workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally
Identify new opportunities to increase revenue with measurement
Develop and present go-forward recommendations to key stakeholders
Become a internal voice and representative for measurement-related products
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to initiate projects, and execute against defined objectives and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively with minimal guidance
A team player who can collaborate with engineers, designers, cross functional product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams
Ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner
Exceptional analytical skills
Clear and concise communication; comfortable with presenting to the most senior of stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations
Bachelor’s degree in a technical area (computer science, mathematics, economics or similar)
6+ years of product management, data science or advanced analytics or measurement experience at a technology or research company
Experience with ad and/or marketing technology at a top-tier digital ad platform
A strong understanding of Snapchat and the digital advertising and measurement ecosystem
Experience working with remote engineering and business development teams
Experience with large data sets; BigTable, BigQuery and SQL
Advanced quantitative degree (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Math)
Advanced understanding of statistical methodologies and/or cryptographic techniques
