Overview and Responsibilities

Pluto TV is looking for a Product Manager, Marketing Products to join the Consumer Product Team who will explore and build features and tools to improve user engagement and retention. This role is to support Marketing priorities and initiatives that increase user engagement and retention, through a variety of product innovation opportunities.

This is a critical role with a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop product strategies and ways to engage users and drive retention; through products and features that bring users back to our platforms.
  • Identify, explore and prioritize new marketing opportunities, and define product requirements to enable Agile teams to develop products.
  • Working with the User Experience/Design team and internal partners to define ways to optimize our marketing products and scale across a variety of platforms.

  • Working closely with Engineering and Business Intelligence/Data teams to develop and deliver new marketing/upsell features across platforms.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop, test, track and optimize new features.

  • Ideate and execute A/B tests to continually improve marketing products.

  • Driving product development, feature prioritization, process improvements, and analysis with an eye on key business metrics.

 

Basic Qualifications

We believe the right individual will have the following skills and experience in order to be successful in this role:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Product Management with a recent focus in streaming media and consumer facing experiences.

  • Experience using data to guide decision-making and to validate changes.

  • A strong business sense and ability to clearly articulate the value of your product to internal partners.

  • Experience delivering products/features and growing engagement on native apps (Mobile, Connected TVs, Web and/or other platforms).

  • Experience working closely with Engineering teams in an Agile environment.

  • A great teammate who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal partners

  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

  • Ability to work with remote and offshore teams.
