FIGS is looking for an amazingly talented individual to join our growing Product Management team as a Product Manager Intern.
Our Product Manager intern will be a vital member of the team. First, they’ll work alongside our PM’s and dive into our analytics to help drive strategic initiatives. Next, they’ll help document and catalog our new features and experiences to help map customer journeys. Finally, they will help in the launch and QA of products and experience as we release products and features on Shopify.
What You’ll Do

• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Design and PMs to document and catalog emails, customer journeys and features
• Work with PMs and Data Science to gather analytics on features and A/B tests
• Work with Marketing, Operations, and PMs on site updates and content entry for new product launches
• Support all testing and QA projects. Work with internal and external development teams to identify, prioritize, and execute all test cases, gather user acceptance testing feedback, and identify priority fixes

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional experience in a marketing, analytical, or project management role.
• Pursuing Master’s degree with an above average GPA; Business, Engineering, or Liberal Arts majors are fantastic.
• Super-human attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Hands-on Shopify experience is a serious plus.
