As Impact Product Manager at Aspiration, you’ll have a rare opportunity to build consumer software products that truly make a difference in the world. In 2018, Aspiration became the first U.S. neobank to become independent of a third party bank sponsorship model, which gives us freedom and flexibility to innovate and build truly transformative impact-centered initiatives. Working directly with our Chief Impact Officer, you will help to improve our AIM (Aspiration Impact Measurement) scoring system, our philanthropic initiatives, and integrated sustainability products baked into our current banking and investment products.

What You'll Do

• Lead product strategy, KPIs, and roadmap for AIM and other impact initiatives
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products and features
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative research to identify, prioritize and iterate on impact-focused product opportunities across the banking portfolio
• Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle with a team of world-class designers and engineers
• Ensure that Aspiration customers have a remarkably intuitive, helpful and reliable experience managing their social impact

What You'll Bring

• 5 years of product development experience
• Experience building consumer facing financial products
• Deep knowledge of social impact space and commitment to sustainability
• Strong desire to understand and revolutionize the financial industry
• Proven ability to create high quality, high impact experiences for customers
• Ability to lead in a collaborative team environment
• Startup/tech company experience a plus
