We are looking for a Product Manager to own the development and delivery of Authentication and Identity features. These features help us better know our users, making it easy for them to create, update, secure, and access their Tinder Identity, from anywhere in the world.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Tinder Identity strategy and roadmap
  • Own the prioritization, design, and delivery of user-facing features and backend systems that will help users establish, verify, manage and secure their Tinder identity
  • Synthesize and balance security, privacy, and usability to xcraft seamless authentication and identity management experiences
  • Gather and evaluate customer research and data analysis
  • Communicate product vision to senior management and various partners
  • Partner with designers and engineers to create, test, and launch beautiful and intuitive user experiences
  • Build wireframes, product requirements, and other illustrations to convey feature ideas and gather feedback
  • Implement metrics to measure the success of program features, analyze results, and use this analysis to inform further iteration

What You Bring:

  • You posses experience with Web, Android and iOS platforms and a deep knowledge of user behavior
  • You have experience working with SMS technology, and common OAuth workflows
  • You are passionate about creating consumer products with experience building them
  • You have the ability to structure problem-solving approaches and to bring multiple solutions to solving complex problems

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of product management experience
  • Ability to think strategically and craft a compelling product vision
  • Experience with SQL, Wire framing, and Spec Writing
  • Experience working on a full-cycle product roadmap from inception to launch
