Blueprint Test Prep has a fully remote opportunity for a uniquely talented person to join our growing eCommerce team as a Product Manager. This role will be central to defining, prioritizing and delivering continuous improvements to our eCommerce website experiences.
We are a premier Edtech company and leading platform for high-stakes test prep for pre-law, pre-med, med school students, residents, practicing physicians, PAs, and NPs. We use cutting edge technology and powerful data to create personalized and innovative learning experiences.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding and meeting user needs, experience in developing and launching online products, and experience managing a multidisciplinary agile team.

Who You Are
- Consumer-oriented with at least 6 years of work experience in product development/management building online consumer products and services
- You get excited about matching customer needs to business opportunities and building the future of online education
- Collaborative attitude with a proven track record of organizing, writing and prioritizing stories, tasks and acceptance criteria
- Knowledgeable and experienced with Agile techniques and processes - owning backlog, prioritization, user stories/acceptance criteria, retros and daily standups
- High energy, self-motivated, and thrive in a performance-driven environment
- You bring strategic problem-solving skills, a strong analytical toolkit, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
What You'll Do:
- Work collaboratively with the Director of eCommerce to deliver on the company's overall eCommerce product roadmap, while owning special segments and projects
- Work closely with UX Designers, the engineering team, and other experts to create solutions that bring value to our users with amazing user experiences
- Partner with internal teams such as Marketing, Educational Content, Student Success Team (Customer Support), and Operations to understand business requirements and market opportunities
- Translate business and user requirements into product requirements, products briefs, and business cases
- Work closely with representatives of the engineering team on an ongoing basis for product management and development
- Manage and communicate cross-functional development status and document progress toward milestones to internal stakeholders
- Guide and coach the team and organization to follow Agile/Scrum practices and ceremonies
