To realize the Heal vision we are looking for a talented Product Manager to join us to drive the clinical experience and make it a great one for our providers, partners, and patients. Our clinical product suite includes our proprietary Provider tools, EMR and clearinghouse integrations, claims submission process, clinical analytics solutions, and more.

We strive to make our Heal provider tools a seamless, efficient, and intuitive experience for our physicians, medical assistants and clinical operations team. As a Product Manager at Heal, you will obsess over clinical experience and think out of the box to serve our provider team with effective tools that allow them to deliver the best care and outcomes for patients. You will work in an agile environment with Designers, Engineers as well Stakeholders like Clinical Ops, Operations, and our clinical partners.

Skills you’ll need to be successful in Clinical PM role:

• 5+ years of product management experience building products used by clinical users such as providers, billers, benefits managers, case managers, or others in the healthcare space.
• Vision, roadmapping, goal setting, spec writing, managing project execution, experiment planning, defining product roll-out strategy
• Ability to translate complex healthcare business problems in a clear and effective manner for key stakeholders, including the engineers team.
• Highly collaborative and able to manage stakeholders up, down and cross-functionally
• Radical thinking paired with strong execution. Can envision a world different than the status quo with the ability to articulate a clear path to get there.
• Self-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with rapidly changing business conditions that is typical of a fast growing company
