What You’ll Do:

  • Build an efficient and scalable training program that motivates, challenges, supports and empowers internal and external clients
  • Coach and develop employees across our rental locations
  • Design and facilitate simple and effective training product updates, process changes, and customer service
  • Work cross functionally with Fair teams to implement product updates and improve the knowledge of our tools and products
  • Develop timely, actionable, and simple content that can be accessible through multiple technical solutions (on-the-job, classroom, online, and blended delivery)
  • Develop participant training manuals, trainer guides, class materials, and job aids to support training content and programs
  • Evaluate and measure effectiveness of learning programs and ensure continuous improvement throughout the process by soliciting feedback from dealers to ensure the success of using the Fair product
  • Analyze and understand challenges that arise in the Fair’s systems and tools and develop clear training materials navigating through these challenges
  • Be a passionate advocate for Fair beyond the classroom by collaborating with the internal support team to ensure questions do not go unanswered 

What You'll Need:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree 
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience (training or operations)
  • Experience with automotive/dealership support, functional or specialty training programs preferred
  • Ability to create learning solutions such as onboarding documents, OJT, POJT, business processes, Job aids, procedures, etc.
  • Passion for coaching and developing others
  • Experience with creating technical and functional training via various forms of media
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with common business software such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently, problem solve, multi-task, prioritize, and make autonomous decisions
  • A desire to learn and improve
  • A passion for improving the customer experience
  • An influencer mindset with great enthusiasm
  • Be open to travel up to 50% of the time
