FFF is currently seeking a strategic and trend-forward Product Development Manager for our Home and Lifestyle categories. This innovative leader will be passionate about all phases of new home and lifestyle product development from concept to consumer on an ecommerce platform. Working from our West Hollywood office location, this individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure product integrity and on trend/on time launch for each initiative within given categories.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee production process from point of conception to finished products in our home and lifestyle verticals
• Manage the calendar deadlines and process including development, costing and quality evaluation
• Drive best processes and maintains seasonal development and production calendars
• Source on trend product for development and quick strike capsules
• Own special projects for the department as necessary
• Closely monitor the market, competitors, analytics and customer feedback to guide product strategy
• Present product information to key internal and external groups in a comprehensive, clear and tactical manner
• Collaborate with key partners in design/development and negotiate costs / deliverables with sourcing partners to ensure best profit margin for the products is achieved
• Manage and lead team through any in-market product issues, working closely with R&D, packaging, Marketing, Production to identify, solve and communicate in an efficient manner
• Review vendor allocations, vendor communication, costing negotiations

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 4-5 years of technical product development experience (preferred: home goods & textiles )
• Sourcing, manufacturing, costing and shipping expertise with a deep network domestically and overseas
• Strong knowledge of the latest trends and strategies in sourcing and production
• Possess a proven track record of taking new products from synthesis to launch
• Creative problem solving skills with the confidence to change lanes quickly when needed
• Detail-oriented, while maintaining the ability to see overall picture and challenge traditional path
• Bachelors degree, Fashion Design, Merchandising or a related field preferred
• Command of technical programs such as SalesForce and Wrike
