We are looking for a Product Designer to tackle the challenge of rethinking e-commerce and changing the way people discover products online. The ideal candidate is obsessed with the 'why' more-so than the 'how.' This person will collaborate with world class engineers, designers, and data scientists to create personalized and intelligent products that delight our #hushfam.

What you'll do

• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee the user experience of our products from conception until launch (and then some)
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users
• Design flows and experiences that are simple and elegant
• Collaborate with product and executive teams on high-level strategic decisions
• Solicit and provide feedback from other designers in order to constantly elevate quality
• Calibrate business needs with design decisions that can be articulated in individual or group settings
• Leverage experiment data to inform design iterations
• Help foster a culture of design

What you'll need

• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design
• Experience with building and shipping web and mobile products for a variety of devices and platforms
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• 2+ years of experience with Sketch
• Experienced with or interest in prototyping tools like Principle

Nice to Haves

• 2+ years of experience in product design
• 2+ years of experience in visual design
• 2+ years of experience in interaction design
