Payments Manager
The Payments Manager is an analytical, data-driven leader responsible for our global payments strategy at Output. The Manager will lead our strategy, testing, implementation, and analytics for payments on all Output sales platforms, with a focus on Saas payment acceptance. The candidate will work side-by-side with a variety of teams throughout the company including Growth, Design and Product to ensure a great customer experience when it comes to payments.
Responsibilities
• Implement local payment methods and currencies
• Develop a risk/fraud testing strategy
• Actively work to reduce involuntary churn through payment optimization
• A/B test and measure results of all proposed improvements
• Actively analyze payment success on an ongoing basis
• Actively analyze the success of fraud tools
• Work alongside Growth and Design to improve the checkout payment experience and process
• Manage the relationship with payment processors
• Be the voice of payments across the company
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in payments
• Proven track record implementing effective payment strategies
• Experience with payment processors
• Experience with SaaS payments
• Experience with A/B testing strategies
• Strong communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Highly organized
Output HQ is located in Downtown Los Angeles, however remote work will be considered for this position.
