Bird is a last-mile electric vehicle sharing company dedicated to bringing safe, low-cost, environmentally-friendly transportation solutions to communities across the world. What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, data analysts, and user researchers to analyze patterns and trends and identify new opportunities
• Create and manage roadmap
• Work with Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Electrical Engineering and Software Engineering Design teams to build, test, ship and maintain hardware products
• Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize and pursue the highest impact opportunities
• Respond to trends in analytics with product changes
• Lead triaging efforts with real systems in production
• Closely monitor and measure results

What You'll Need:

• 7+ years of product management in a consumer hardware company
• 5+ years of growth-focused experience at a consumer hardware company
• Deep experience with data analysis
• Strong track record of excellence in execution
• A team player who is constantly looking to teach and learn from others
• Understanding of electro-mechanical systems, including embedded systems, firmware, electric motors, and control systems
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in crisis
• Proven experience reacting to technical issues, finding the root cause and taking corrective action
• Fluent with technology products across IoT, distributed system, product development, and analytics
• Excellent people skills, 'on the shop floor' attitude, hands on
