Who You Are:

Fair is looking for an energetic and motivated product knowledge specialist to join our team at our Dealer Hub location in Huntington Beach, CA. You’ll be promoting our brand's unique offerings to new customers. In this new role, you'll have the opportunity to meet fascinating people from a variety of backgrounds and you will receive on-going training to develop your personality and improve your knowledge about Fair products and features. 

What You’ll Do:

• Supporting the Fair brand during the sales consultation.
• Being the main point of contact for the client to answer questions about Fair (including usage and function).
• Indirectly boost sales by providing customers with the right amount of Fair product information to give them a good insight of the Fair Product.
• Promote the unique technical points of the Fair app.
• Offer exceptional customer service through informative discussion and presentation.
• Keeping abreast of the latest product information to be able to inform colleagues and clients as required.
• Providing customers with specification information about all Fair products.
• Pro-actively approaching clients in the showroom and discussing product information and facts.
• Guiding clients to the Client Advisor when interest in product purchase is expressed. 

What You’ll Need:

• Previous car dealership experience
• Proven excellent customer service skills and likes to work with people.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• An enthusiastic, dynamic and team-oriented personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Communicates openly, eloquently and in a friendly way by using different communication methods and puts people at ease.
• Acts as an ambassador for Fair and is passionate about the product.
