About the Role:

Fashion Nova is on the hunt for an amazing E-Commerce Merchandiser. This person will own various aspects of our website ranging from product placement to manual merchandising. This role will be critical to website sales and we’re looking for a great team player, as this role will be interacting with almost every business unit at Fashion Nova.

Responsibilities:

• Take action on product placement/content/pricing to increase sales.
• Ensure pricing on our brand sites is accurate and promotional pricing is coordinated with internal teams.
• Ensure that we are leveraging all possible cross-selling techniques to increase average order size.
• Partner with other team members to view customer trends and behaviors, adjusting online content as necessary to conform to shopping patterns.
• Work with the studio and graphic artists on content leveraged on the shopping platform.
• Coordinate with various teams across Fashion Nova to ensure that the online site merchandising needs are met, leveraging necessary resources to deliver a great online experience to our #NovaBabes.
• Stay on top of E-Commerce trends, bring new ideas to the team, and be a leader!

Required Skills

• BA or BS degree, with a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Prior E-Commerce experience.
• E-Commerce platform experience; Shopify preferred.
• Basic HTML, CSS knowledge.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong follow through.
