What you’ll do

• Lead the long-term visual and technical direction of the Flowspace platform.
• Work extensively with Operations, Sales, and Engineering teams to understand the internal and external needs of the product.
• Understand at a deep level how Flowspace customers and warehouse partners use the platform. Identify problem areas, feature gaps, and ways to improve the system.
• Manage the Product team and drive the development of features from conception to launch.
• Provide feedback and reporting to stakeholders.
• Recruit, hire, and train a team of product and project managers, designers, copywriters.

• Have 10+ years experience in product design, product development, and leadership a fast-paced SaaS company.
• Understand complex systems, cares deeply about the scalability, functionality, and user experience of a solution.
• Extremely organized, analytical, top-tier attention to detail, advocates for methodologies and best practices.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, thrives in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Steps up when others don't, takes ownership, is a leader who can motivate others with their vision.

Bonus Points

• Experience in logistics, warehouse management, inventory management, or order management systems.
• Experience at a self-service SaaS company.
