We’re looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to join us as a member of our Digital Product team. You will define strategies, manage the roadmap, lead cross-functional programs/projects, create A/B tests, analyze data, understand user behavior, identify trends, measure impact, and drive wide-scale product implementations and rollouts. As an early member of the team, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital landscape and product offerings. Most importantly, you’ll help ensure we provide delightful and engaging digital experiences for our customers that match our brand values.

This position will report to Ladder’s Head of Digital Product and will be based at our headquarters in Santa Monica, CA.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conceptualize, develop, and prioritize new digital strategies, product initiatives, and programs/projects
  • Plan, launch, and manage new products, features, and enhancements that help generate engagement and increase revenue
  • Establish, track, and own digital product goals, milestones, and KPIs
  • Translate ideas, feedback, and opportunities into user flows, wireframes, and formal requirements
  • Own data-driven (A/B) tests and closely monitor the results to provide actionable insights for improvements and optimizations
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders from marketing, CX, design, content, and operations to align on campaigns, milestones, and deliverables

The following should describe you:

  • 3-5 years of digital product management and eCommerce experience at a consumer or technology company
  • Ability to execute against defined objectives both strategically and tactically
  • Proficiency with data/analytics platforms, such as Tableau, Looker, Omniture, Mixpanel, Optimizely, Google Analytics/Optimize, etc. - to utilize data to make product decisions, set priorities, and measure success
  • Strong UX skills/experience with the ability to independently create well though through wireframes and user flows - experience with Sketch, Photoshop, InVision, Zeplin, etc. a plus
  • Technical skillset to talk shop and work closely with engineers and to be able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members
  • Experience performing digital product-oriented quantitative and qualitative tests and analysis
  • Self-starter with the ability to initiate and drive programs/projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Comfort with an ambiguous, constantly evolving role, with a “no task too big or too small” mentality
  • Highly motivated, intellectually curious, with a great sense of humor
