InCloudCounsel is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join its growing Product team. InCloudCounsel modernizes legal processes, globally, for many of the world's leading companies. We offer scalable, end-to-end solutions for processing routine contracts and abstracting complex documents by pairing our worldwide network of experienced lawyers with AI-enabled software. We also offer the first purpose-built software tool designed to help funds manage their obligations.

The Associate Product Manager will be an essential member of the InCloudCounsel team by working across R&D and the organization to improve processes and spec, scope, and ship creative technical solutions.

The role will report directly to the VP of Product, and the package includes a competitive base salary, equity, and full benefits. The preferred location for this role is San Francisco or Los Angeles.*

Responsibilities:

• Dive deep into requirements, UX, engineering, data, and analytics
• Work across functions to understand issues, opportunities, and our users
• Help lead cross-functional teams to spec, scope and ship scalable product 
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders across the organization

Requirements:

• Previous Product experience at a high growth startup preferred
• A passion for continuous improvement and simple, clean, and maintainable solutions
• Record of defining actionable milestones, creating plans, and working with teams to bend the curve on key metrics
• Knowledge of SQL and data-visualization tools (or experience with Excel pivot tables and a drive to learn)
• Excellent communication skills and business judgement
• Comfortable building systems not already in place
• Experience with ‘mobile-first’ principles preferred
• BS or MS in a technical field preferred
• Interest in legal tech is a plus
