About The Role:

As an Associate Product Manager, you will collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to apply product development best practices to deliver the industry’s most effective web and mobile app products and offline experiences.

What You'll Do

• You will conduct agile ceremonies such as sprint plannings, standups, and retrospectives.
• You will own and drive product initiatives while working cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and other key stakeholders that deliver business outcomes.
• You will conduct stakeholder and market-based research to enable thoughtful, data-driven decision making.
• You will groom agile backlogs and ensure up-to-date product documentation.
• You will write product specs with holistic understanding of system and user impact.
• You will evangelize new product opportunities and consult business stakeholders to ensure high adoption.
• You will proactively test products and conduct risk assessments to ensure the continual delivery of quality.
• You will obsess about shippers, carriers, and other customers and users, eliciting customer needs and developing insights that inform product development.
• You will take full responsibility for the user experience and commercial success of your products.
• You will lead by example, helping to craft a mission-driven, performance culture.

What You'll Have

• You have 1+ years of Product Management experience working in fast-paced tech companies that practice agile methodologies
• You have high customer empathy, with a desire to improve customers’ lives.
• You are flexible and can quickly adapt to unexpected changes.
• You are industrious and self-motivated.
• You are data-driven and consistently leverage data to make decisions.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with different personality types and seniority levels.
• You are a collaborative team player

Nice To Have:

• Experience working effectively with remote/offshore teams.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, and supply chain industries.
• Experience in venture-backed startups or other hyper-growth environments.
