About the Role:
The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade restaurant software that powers global brands. This role bridges business needs, customer insights, and technical execution to build scalable platforms that drive innovation and operational excellence across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap to release and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and brand stakeholders to deliver impactful software solutions.
- Translate strategy into actionable user stories and release plans, balancing scalability with customization.
- Monitor product KPIs and analytics to measure success and inform improvements.
- Lead cross-functional alignment through planning sessions, product reviews, and go-to-market coordination.
- Use customer insights and data to ensure solutions are user-centric and operationally sound.

- Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-scale software products end-to-end.
- Strong ability to collaborate with engineers, understand system trade-offs, and guide technical decisions.
- Ability to align product strategy with broader business and brand objectives.
- Skilled in Agile methodologies, requirements writing, and balancing priorities under tight timelines.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, ideally in enterprise SaaS or platform technology.
- Experience scaling products across multiple brands or markets.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred.
