Position Requirements

We are looking for a best in class Product Manager to support our International expansion team. You will work closely with the Sr. Product Manager for International to plan, design, and build out features to support the International expansion of the DSC business.

Success in this role requires strong communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to thrive through challenges. You have an appreciation for getting into the weeds to create detailed workflows. You have the prowess to work with our UX and Design teams to create useful interfaces and must be able to work seamlessly with our Engineering and QA departments with a ruthless ability to prioritize efforts based on the needs of the business. 

Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Working directly with the Sr. Product Manager for International to execute on the company’s vision, product strategy and roadmap for global expansion as they apply to our digital platforms.
  • Defining product requirements based on guidance from your direct manager and later grow into doing this on your own.
  • Partnering with Marketing, Design, Engineering and other Product Managers to successfully rollout of new features and optimizations.
  • Communicating progress and challenges to all stakeholders regarding your product and timelines.
  • Reviewing metrics associated with the International business in order to make recommendations for improvements.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
    • 1-2 years of Product Management experience in the technology space.
    • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing relevant stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.
    • High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
    • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
    • Experience with working in a SCRUM/Agile environment a plus.
