- Rapidly ramp up in new contexts, workflows and processes, adapting to evolving priorities and project needs
- Participate in critique sessions and implement feedback to strengthen your designs
- Reflect on your work and actively seek out learning opportunities to grow your craft
What we’re looking for:

- Adaptability to new teams, products and fast-changing environments
- Growth mindset with a commitment to ongoing learning and self-reflection
- Willingness to accept feedback, experiment and iterate in a collaborative setting
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with cross-functional partners (product, research, engineering)
- Strong communication skills - you’re able to clearly share your ideas, rationale and design decisions with teammates across functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as design, HCI, human-centered design or equivalent experience
- Experience in Trust & Safety is a plus
