We're Looking For A: Principal Full Stack Engineer with a broad understanding of software engineering principles, will lead technical teams and champion best practices for web application development using the most advanced technologies and frameworks. Leading major technical initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship, making architectural decisions, and ensuring that the overall technical strategy aligns with the business goals of the organization. Design and develop complex, end-to-end systems, optimizing performance, ensuring a seamless user experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver full-stack solutions. Use a variety of programming languages and technologies will enable them to work on both client-side and server-side aspects of an application.
Location: Hybrid (Office in Woodland Hills, CA)
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Lead technical teams and provide guidance on best practices to develop web applications using modern technologies and framework and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities in both frontend and backend components.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, providing expertise in debugging and problem-solving.
  • Develop and maintain robust solutions for online payment processing, encompassing credit card transactions, PayPal, Stripe, and Amazon Pay.
  • Create and maintain solutions in NodeJS and Java that seamlessly connect with the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform to enhance and support custom eCommerce features, including subscriptions, coupon management, and loyalty programs.
  • Support the development of data collection pipelines, focusing on optimizing business intelligence by gathering data from various sources such as web pages, video players, and eCommerce platforms, stored across multiple cloud environments.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet user requirements.
  • Set and enforce coding standards and best practices, and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and security.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to improve our products and development processes.

  • Strategic and forward thinking
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies, with expertise in languages and frameworks such as Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, Java, or others.
  • Knowledge of database systems, data modeling, and proficiency in SQL or NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
  • Ability to make informed architectural decisions and guide the technical direction of projects.
  • Proficiency in managing projects, including planning, organizing, and delivering software solutions on time and within scope.
  • Bachelor's in computer science or a related field (required)
  • Master's degree in computer science or a related field (preferred)
  • 12.5 years of experience in software design and development on web technologies like Javascript, Angular JS, React JS, TypeScript, and NodeJs (required)
  • 5+ years of experience developing in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Design and VisualForce (required)
  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack development (required)
  • Full stack experience including Salesforce and front-end development with strong working knowledge of NodeJS (preferred)

The base salary range is$159,700.00-$213,000.00, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
