Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

What You'll Do:
- Developing and managing aligned benefits technology vendor relationships, acting as the single point of contact, and overseeing contracts and performance.
- Leading resolution of issues for aligned vendor relationships and ensuring consistent evaluation against division and client goals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect market intelligence and shape effective strategies.
- Serving as the internal expert on benefits technology solutions and industry trends, and supporting preferred partner engagement.
- Creating and disseminating educational materials and tools that communicate vendor value propositions to internal and external sales teams.
- Driving process efficiencies related to enrollment and administration in partnership with benefits technology vendors.
- Managing strategic initiatives such as benefits technology funding to support roadmap goals including new sales, growth, persistency, and participation outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business, health management, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 8 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in benefits technology.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with vendor and distribution partners.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to lead initiatives with minimal direction.
- Innovative thinker with a creative approach to challenges.
- Strong leadership skills in guiding cross-functional teams toward successful results.
- High level of accountability and self-direction in a dynamic work environment.
- Agile and adaptable with a startup mentality.
