Performance Analyst

The Ad Operations team is looking for some someone with 0-2 years of experience who is excited to get into online marketing and advertising field and build their career. If you have the data skills and are looking for a business analyst type entry-level role, this might be the right fit for you! At SteelHouse, Performance Analysts work with the Client Services team and they are looking for energetic and highly-detail oriented individuas who can mange live campaigns, analyzing data and think outside of the box. These team memebers would serve as the primary point-of-contact for Account Managers, Management and the Sales team on campaigns delivery and performance.
You will:
- Optimize campaigns towards their KPI targets (ROAS, eCPA, eCPC, CTR, etc)
- Deliver campaigns in full to spend the full client budget
- Manage company margins
- Work well with people with varying personalities.
- Give feedback to Account Managers with optimizations strategies
- Give feedback to management on performance and revenue predictions
- Create new optimization strategies
- Work with new technologies
- Point of contact with our network and publisher partners
- Have extremely strong communication and presentation skills.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/analytical or marketing field preferred
- 0-2 years in affiliate marketing, display advertising, online marketing, social marketing or a mix of education and experience.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills required
- Experience with networks or exchanges
- SQL a plus
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
