We're looking for an outgoing and highly motivated individual to join our team as a People Operations Intern. This role will work in coordination with the People Operations Manager to manage our Boston office, company culture, and team events. Qualified candidates will be passionate about promoting workplace happiness and fostering a work environment that aligns with LogRocket's core values.

In-office responsibilities
- Keeping the kitchen, conference rooms, and other common spaces clean and tidy
- Checking stock of snacks, dairy, beverages, coffee, and office supplies regularly and ordering as necessary
- Setting up and tidying up after office lunches
- Accepting packages, dispersing mail, and shipping out items as necessary, such as swag
- Serving as a first point of contact for any building or office issues, communicate and troubleshoot as necessary
- Providing support for technology and equipment inventory processes
Other responsibilities (can be done in-office or remotely)
- Scheduling relevant onboarding meetings for employees’ first month at LogRocket
- Coordinating logistics for distributing monthly company gifts
- Assisting in the creation of the weekly company newsletter
- Helping plan and execute social events (e.g., paint nights, the company holiday party in December)
- Assisting with other ad hoc special projects with the People Team (HRIS implementation and recruiting initiatives) and others (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) as needed

- Resilient and adaptable in response to evolving office needs
Requirements
- In the downtown Boston office 2-3 days/week (hard requirement)
- The ability to work 25 - 35 hours per week
