About the Job:

adQuadrant is looking for a Partnerships Manager that has experience creating and expanding both the sales process and the partnerships program through key relationships at e-commerce technology platforms and brands. Ultimately, leading to value-driven relationships that support the sales process from prospecting to close. This role will function as a component of our sales strategy. This senior independent contributor will be able to work independently to maintain and advance the referral pipeline and evangelize the value offering of the organization.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Experience in developing and executing referral programs within a sales team
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate clearly the value of adQuadrant and our service offerings of paid media and creative services
  • Ability to recognize capability gaps within the organization

Your Responsibilities:

  • Owning the architecture and build out of the partnership referral program
  • Being informed regarding the key players within the ecommerce ecosystem
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the current industry ecosystem and capabilities, while providing feedback on market opportunities
  • Meet quarterly sales targets and accurately forecast future pipeline activities
  • Build upon and strengthen relationships and integrations with adQuadrant’s existing partners
  • Attend industry events, network, and be fully immersed in the digital advertising community
  • Maintain senior level relationships with our ecommerce partners to drive awareness and adoption of adQuadrant’s services
  • Be a culture steward for the organization by possessing a positive attitude toward problem-solving and collaborating to build a better company, and upholding our guiding principles

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of experience working in partnerships, business development, ideally within the ecommerce ecosystem
  • Demonstrated experience and success in a partnerships role
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, engage and co-create integrations with partners, ideally ecommerce in nature.
  • Experience negotiating business terms with partners to create a win-win value opportunity
  • Technical acumen, especially to understand our paid media strategies and tactics and use this understanding to define requirements for scaling the partnerships program
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, flexibility, and being keen in identifying problems and proactively work towards solutions
