At Roofr, we’re obsessed with our customers. We constantly gather feedback to shape, prioritize, and launch the products they truly need. That’s what makes Roofr’s CRM special. We started by building essential sales tools like aerial roof measurements and digital sales proposals. But when our customers asked for a simple, affordable way to manage and scale their entire businesses, we listened. So, we created a CRM that connects these solutions—along with payments, material ordering, and more—into a seamless, powerful platform. With a clear roadmap ahead, we’re excited to continue expanding and leading the market with innovative products.

We have an amazing culture, strong financials, and best-in-class company metrics. It’s an exciting time to be part of an extraordinary startup that is already successful, yet still early enough to offer its team significant growth, equity, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

The Partner Enablement Manager leads a team of Partner Enablement Reps responsible for driving adoption, engagement, and lead generation within one of Roofr’s key distribution partnerships. This person ensures consistent execution, team performance, and alignment with Roofr’s broader partner strategy.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, scaling partner enablement efforts, and achieving measurable outcomes across partner activations, sales rep engagement, and partner-influenced revenue.

What You’ll Get to Do:

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Manage and coach a team of Partner Enablement Reps covering assigned partner territories.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, pipeline reviews, forecasting meetings and performance check-ins to improve execution and consistency.
  • Develop scalable playbooks, talk tracks, and enablement materials to support team performance.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new PERs.

Partner Enablement & Activation

  • Oversee execution of the enablement process — from new partner branch outreach to goal alignment sessions with their sales teams.
  • Monitor pipeline health, ensuring consistent activity and progression through key enablement stages.
  • Identify and support expansion opportunities within the partnership’s network.

Field Execution & Events

  • Coordinate in-person enablement activities such as partner visits, ride-alongs, and regional events (e.g., lunch & learns, trade shows).
  • Ensure field efforts align with performance goals around lead generation, partner engagement, and activation.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Track and report on KPIs such as new partner activations, goal alignment sessions, and leads generated.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and the Partnerships Director to forecast performance and optimize coverage.
  • Use data insights to identify high-impact activities and continuously improve the team’s playbook.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth lead handoffs and consistent messaging.
  • Partner with the Partner Marketing Manager to plan and execute co-branded campaigns and field events.
  • Serve as the internal liaison for the partner’s regional and national teams to ensure strong collaboration.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel enablement, or sales leadership (preferably within SaaS, construction tech, or related industries).
  • Proven track record managing high-performing field or partner-facing teams.
Excellent coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to travel up to 25–40% of the time across assigned territories.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
