The Consulting & SI Partner Sales Enablement Manager is a critical global role within the Learning & Enablement (L&E) organization at Databricks. This position is responsible for developing, executing, and continuously improving the global sales enablement strategy and learning portfolio for Databricks’ Consulting and System Integrator (SI) partners. The role ensures that partners are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to identify and qualify opportunitie and uncover new use cases to fill the top of the funnel. This role will lead the strategy and execution of global scale partner enablement programs for C&SI partners, and drive measurable business outcomes.

The impact you will have:

  • Global Enablement Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive, global sales enablement strategy for Consulting and SI partners, aligned with Databricks’ GTM priorities and partner needs.
    • Continuously assess and prioritize enablement initiatives to support partner business growth and customer success
  • Learning Portfolio Management:
    • Design, curate, and oversee a world-class learning portfolio, including instructor-led training, eLearning, and sales assets for customer facing sales/presales personas at SI partners 
  • AI-Driven Enablement:
    • Leverage AI tools and technologies to automate content creation, delivery, and assessment, enabling scalable and personalized learning experiences 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner closely with field enablement, marketing and partner teams to align enablement programs with business priorities and partner requirements
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to regional and global stakeholders, ensuring enablement initiatives drive measurable business impact
  • Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
    • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize content, and accelerate partner readiness and sales performance
  • Leadership & Advocacy:
    • Act as the voice of Consulting and SI partners within the L&E org, gathering feedback and advocating for partner needs
    • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Databricks’ partner enablement vision and roadmap

What we look for:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years in partner enablement, sales enablement, or learning and development, within a SaaS or technology environment
    • Proven track record in designing and delivering global enablement programs at scale
    • Tech sales experience is preferred
  • Skills:
    • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Demonstrated knowledge of data and AI 
    • Strong understanding of how SI partners operate
    • Expertise in enablement strategy and  program management.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
    • Experience leveraging AI and digital tools to scale enablement 
      • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

    • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement and innovation.

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
