The Partner Marketing Lead will develop and execute co-marketing strategies, manage partnerships, and track marketing initiatives to support the Story ecosystem.
PIP Labs—the initial core contributors to Story—is hiring an experienced Partner Marketing Lead. In this role, you'll help shape and execute a world-class partner marketing program that supports the growth of the Story ecosystem. You’ll work directly with Story’s partners and community, using PIP Labs’ channels—including social media, long-form content, and events—to amplify the voices of ecosystem, infrastructure, and brand partners and build social proof for the Story brand.
You’ll collaborate closely with our BD team to identify new opportunities to drive engagement and growth, and with the VP of Marketing to mobilize resources around key partnership announcements. You’re a self-starter who constantly finds new ways to collaborate with projects and leverage their reach to drive Story’s success.
What You'll Do:
- Develop win-win co-marketing strategies with partners and projects in the Story ecosystem, including partnership announcements, product enablement, milestone-based marketing, and marketing activations
- Assess, triage, and take ecosystem marketing support requests to completion from end to end
- Create and maintain scalable partner marketing playbooks
- Serve as a liaison between PIP Labs and the marketing teams of Story’s partners and ecosystem projects—managing communications, relationships, relaying feedback, and nurturing collaboration
- Work closely with functions within marketing and across the organization, including BD, Design, Product, and Engineering, to bring the partner marketing strategy to life
- Coordinate the timely development, approval, and execution of marketing deliverables
- Plan and host engagements with partners (e.g., online, IRL events)
- Consistently identify opportunities for partners to share their experiences with their audiences in a way that effectively conveys Story’s key messages and differentiators
- Track and evaluate the success of co-marketing initiatives
What We Look For:
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in Web3 marketing
- A proven track record of running scalable integrated marketing campaigns
- Deep understanding of the Web3 landscape, culture, and its unique nuances
- Excellent client service and executive communications skills, with the ability to successfully navigate multiple relationships within and outside of the organization
- Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- A self-starter mentality, able to work independently and proactively to resolve issues
- Bonus: Experience on agency side, consulting, or client-facing roles
