About the role

As a Paid Search Manager, you’ll work closely with our growth & creative teams to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You’ll be responsible for executing campaigns, monitoring performance, and testing new ideas to drive growth for our clients.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who has some experience in paid search and wants to deepen their skills in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll get exposure to diverse industries, work directly with clients, and collaborate with senior strategists who will support your growth.

We’re a small, growing team. Your responsibilities will grow and change with the company and you’ll have an enormous impact on the business.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Shopping) and Microsoft Ads.

  • Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and structure campaigns to align with client goals.

  • Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CVR, etc.), and flag insights or issues.

  • Build and maintain reports to communicate results to internal teams and clients.

  • Support in paid search audits and competitive research.

  • Partner with creative and growth teams to align messaging, landing pages, and testing strategies.

  • Contribute to process improvements by documenting workflows and suggesting automation opportunities.

About you:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Microsoft Ads.

  • Strong understanding of SEM fundamentals (keyword match types, bidding strategies, conversion tracking).

  • Familiarity with GTM, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking setups.

  • Curious and proactive → you like to experiment and find better ways to improve performance.

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, reporting dashboards, and data analysis.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Bonus: Experience with Shopping feeds, YouTube ads, or cross-channel knowledge (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
