As a Order Management Analyst you’ll be working closely with our Sales teams to ensure smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and timely contract execution. The ideal candidate will be confident navigating ambiguity, communicating across various levels of the organization, and driving tasks to completion with a high level of accountability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting sales operations with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with EMEA Sales teams to support order processing and contract execution.
- Review and approve quotes for standard order forms; create non-standard order forms for complex scenarios.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of order forms to meet sales deadlines.
- Review and approve revisions requested by Customers or Partners.
- Verify all required documentation (order forms, purchase orders, etc.) aligns with approved quotes.
- Process sales orders in Salesforce and coordinate product shipments for timely booking.
- Share best practices and ensure compliance with internal policies and processes.
- Support user acceptance testing for new Salesforce features.
- Assist with SOX audits and process reviews.
- Maintain and update internal documentation in Confluence.
- Provide coverage and support for EMEA OM team members during absences.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ or other CRMs is highly advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience with contract administration
- Experience drafting commercial terms and conditions.
- Proficiency in written and spoken French and English
