Endpoint is looking for a passionate, ambitious and resourceful Workplace Experience Associate to join our People and Culture team. The role will help to create a great work environment and continue to help shape our company culture. It will touch all functions within the office support function and be responsible for leading best safety practices for our facilities. You will need to exhibit dedication, initiative and operational know-how to help create the best work environment for a rapidly growing startup.
As a workplace experience associate, you will use your skills to:
- Maintain overall appearance of the office
- Monitor communal areas, conference rooms, kitchen area throughout the day to ensure all work areas are clean and supplies are fully stocked
- Coordinate office maintenance issues and repairs
- Maintain schedule for cleaning and maintenance of carpets, furniture, office plants
- Ensure nightly cleaning of all conference rooms, whiteboards, communal areas
- Maintain contact with building services (janitorial, building reception)
- Manage and submit leadership expenses (4-6 people)
- Coordinate supply ordering
- Inventory of drinks and snacks and ensuring kitchen areas are fully stocked
- Coordinate catered office weekly lunches
- Administer and maintain parking passes and office badges
- Maintain office corporate catering account
- Check mailbox daily
- Manage FedEx supplies
- Manage organization of office supplies and storage rooms
- Submit employee corporate card applications
- Provide onsite support for internal and external meetings
- Assist and coordinate local office team events
- Assist with orientation + onboarding new employees as needed
- Coordinate and run programs for I.D.E.A (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity Alliance)
- Coordinate specific catering needs for office events and meetings
- Assist in the coordination of office events (onsite and offsite)
- Manage swag inventory and distribution
You'll come to Endpoint with:
- 3-5 years managing an office
- Ability to pivot in fast-paced environment
- A passion for building and creating a great office experience and culture
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with a variety of personalities and levels
