Wholesale Account Executive - Retail
FabFitFun is searching for a seasoned Wholesale Account Executive in the retail space to join our team! Reporting to the Head of Product Development, this person will be leading the way to open up relationships with any type of retailer for our growing in-house brands: ISH, Summer & Rose, and newly released Chic & Tonic. We are looking for a true sales person that understands the ins and outs of the wholesale business. Ideal candidates are jack of all trades who have proven experience with mass, luxury, and beauty retail.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients, expanding existing client revenue, and drive overall sales for the brand across multi-channel streams (majors, specialty, e-comm)
- Build and cultivate relationships with new and existing accounts
- Track and analyze weekly and monthly sales data to ensure sales targets are met
- Manage product ATS weekly to increase sales, replenishment and potential swaps to increase performance by account
- Partner with key clients to identify marketing opportunities and drive in store sales via pop ups, trunk shows, product knowledge seminars, contests
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with Personal Shoppers, Stylists, Store Managers and Sales/Floor Personnel
- Educate in store teams on brand, products & technologies, fit, fabrication and styling to increase sales and drive brand awareness
- Travel for key trade shows, buying appointments, store visits (~10% of your time)
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years experience in a wholesale sales environment growing a brand’s distribution network with big box and boutique accounts
- Preferable cross-category experience in Women’s fashion, lifestyle or beauty
- Extensive industry network and established relationships with North America key accounts
- Proven success in the ability to lead, build, develop, and scale new revenue growth opportunities
- Understands current retail marketplace and have the ability to identify opportunities to grow businesses successfully
- Ability to navigate complex business issues, and find creative ways to solve problems
- Confidence handling multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines
- Entrepreneurial and dynamic mindset that can thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
