Warehouse Operations Manager
The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our rapidly expanding distribution center. This individual will develop strategic planning in conjunction with the operations and logistics teams to ensure the efficient and cost effective operation and utilization of the facility. To be effective in this role, the right candidate will have strong leadership skills with the ability to build, evaluate and motivate a team of full time and temporary warehouse associates. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing work environment with an ability to develop and implement new systems, standard operating procedures and reporting analytics based upon their previous expertise in warehouse management.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and coordinate all shipping, receiving and order filling operations of the DCDevelop daily and weekly staffing plans for both full time and temporary warehouse associatesTrack daily performance metrics to ensure fast, accurate and efficient shipment, receiving and storage of merchandiseEstablish SOPs for each warehouse function with a focus on continuous improvementPlan and manage annual seasonal peaks in production and distribution volume ensuring required service levels to customers are consistently maintainedKey partner in implementing and executing updates to warehouse management systems (WMS)Mentor, train and develop all warehouse associatesEnsure all teams achieve desired daily service levels and measure success of team against relevant operational KPIsImplement new systems or processes to help scale with Reformation’s aggressive growthReviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, labor plan/labor cost and forecast data to determine department progress toward stated goals and objectivesEnsure the work environment is maintained in a safe and clean mannerMaintain and ensure all departmental reporting is accurate
What You’ll Need:
5+ years of experience managing a team of cross functional warehouse or operations associatesExtensive knowledge of warehouse analytics and key performance indicatorsDirect experience overseeing fast paced ecommerce order fulfillment environment

Extra Credit:
- Expertise in implementing or managing a WMS
- Experience in scaling warehouse operations experiencing rapid growth
