Enervee's VP Professional Services is a strong executive leader who can both personally deliver consistent, predictable and high-quality results as well as lead a team to do the same.  He/She must possess experience and strength in the areas of complex project management, team leadership and development, problem-solving, workflow definition and improvement.

Reporting to the Chief Services Officer, Enervee VP Professional Services is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services carried out by professional services teams. He/She is accountable for achieving the annual professional services revenue and contribution targets.

How you can make an impact

• Be accountable for Enervee Professional Services business and drive revenue, utilization and profitability 
• Lead and motivate your Professional Services Directors and their interdisciplinary teams of project managers, quality assurance analysts and technical account managers
• Ensure customization, implementation of Enervee platform including commerce are delivered in time and quality 
• Provide changes to day-to-day operations, standards and procedures to maintain project delivery capabilities and team morale
• Develop and set up services packages and support selling them together with Customer Success
• Serve as the executive escalation point for our utility clients for critical issues
• Work closely with your Directors and Enervee leadership to resolve issues that are blocking the successful completion of projects 
• Work with your team to assess client’s goals and outcomes and drive execution cross departments to reach those goals
• Drive regular reviews of deployments and projects to drive continuous improvement in our delivery capability

What you bring to the team

Enervee’s VP of Professional Services has a strong interest in improving the knowledge & skills of others. He / She has an adaptable management style,  guides leaders and team members to achieve their full potential, and has a track record of success managing a remote / distributed team.

• 10+ years experience in managing Professional Services teams, thereof minimum 5 years of Professional Services experience for SaaS solutions and/or ecommerce
• Strong technical background and skilled in translating technical concepts into client-friendly solutions
• Proven ability to deliver results in a high-performance organization with confidence, knowledge, and the ability to make informed decisions
• Expertise in implementing effective management processes with a successful track record of managing and leading teams
• Stellar customer-facing skills with a proven ability to work with our clients’ senior management levels
• Excellent project management skills and experienced in revenue forecast management and measurement
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal communication, organizational skills and ability to communicate our value proposition
• Mac-savvy and proficient with professional services technology stack Trello, Jira, Looker and Google Apps

• PMP certification,  a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Experience in managing international projects and teams
