VP of Client Success
Luxury Presence is a VC-funded Stanford StartX-accelerated startup, building a premium platform to provide real estate agents with stunning websites, world-class marketing tools and services, and access to an exclusive network. We’re looking for a VP of Client Success to lead, scale and retain high-level customer obsessed talent. In this role, you will drive towards metric driven goals through process change, streamline cross-team communication, improve team competency through training, and provide daily leadership and oversight.

-Leading teams and working cross-functionally
-Building out internal documents, frameworks and playbooks
-Creating training programs and onboarding processes that help teams ramp quickly
-Recruiting and building a team of A-players
-Being a domain expert that warrants trust and respect
-Communicating, persuading and moving quickly
You have:
-Experience managing a client-facing team at a SaaS company, ideally, implementation, support and account management
-Managed a team of 50-100, bonus points for managing/developing a remote team
-Strong analytical skills, you make decisions and strategize based on a combination of data and instinct
-A detail-oriented mindset, you care a great deal about quality and rigor
-Strong track record of building successful client-facing teams with stellar net promoter scores
-Experience working with a budget and creating incentive plans that drive results for clients externally and motivate team members internally
