VP, Affiliates and Digital Partnerships - (Remote, US)

Who We’re Looking For:
DISQO seeks a VP, Affiliates and Digital Partnerships to own the growth of our affiliates program and accelerate the acquisition of new partner channels that grow sustainable revenue. We are looking for a visionary leader who can balance short- and long-term strategies and break into untapped channels to create unique alliances that drive consistency in our affiliate and digital partnership initiatives. The VP will set the strategy and priorities for the team, ensuring the strategy is aligned with the organization's goals. This person will also own, design, and implement the processes for our key affiliate partnerships roadmap. They will be involved in sourcing and supporting new partnerships.
This role requires experience working across functional groups including Executive, Engineering, Product Management, Data Analytics, and Customer Support to lead end-to-end channel execution.

- Develop and implement innovative affiliate partnerships and channel programs to grow revenue and enable DISQO to establish substantive global markets aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify, source, and implement new opportunities with affiliate partners that impact profitability through strategic and tactical management decisions that generate incremental growth and lead to increased revenues and profits
- Manage the sourcing, development and execution of engagement strategies and large marketing campaigns with key affiliate partners
- Lead & grow a high-performing global affiliates team; identify and nurture talent to continually raise the bar
- Develop and lead actionable, vision-driven initiatives to engage, inspire, and influence the team to achieve goals and exceed expectations
- Establish KPIs and success measures for the team based on a clear strategy and business objectives; track progress against the team hitting targets
- Design and develop channel programs including strategy formulation and channel enablement plans
- Develop win-win business plans with affiliate partners and ensure successful execution
- Build relationships at the executive level in channel organizations, developing internal and external marketing and operational strategies for success
- Create input and feedback channels to gather needs and priorities from leadership and cross-functional teams, while also adding your own view of opportunities
- Create, maintain and evolve the Affiliate Partnerships roadmap in conjunction with applicable cross-functional teams
- Drive new development opportunities in strategic areas, maintaining a "pipeline" of attractive targets; evaluate specific opportunities and lead progress by partnering with internal functions through negotiation and launch phases
- Maintain industry-wide perspective on major trends, including customer, regulatory, technology, distribution channels, product and competitive trends
- Identify key areas of opportunity and development through competitive analysis and benchmarking
- Facilitate internal resourcing needed to support partnerships
- Serve as a thought-partner to the CMO, and a guiding force for the organization
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of team's OKRs
What You Bring To The Role:

- Experience partnering with large affiliate networks and publishers (i.e. CJ, Share-a-Sale, MaxBounty, etc.)
- Results and solutions-oriented while excelling at relationship building and influencing
- Excellent and persuasive oral and written communication skills, with an ability to address both business and technical audiences, and experience presenting to executives/leadership
- Demonstrated results in development, negotiation, and execution of strategy to build and maintain successful business partnerships
- Hands-on work ethic and predisposition for “getting things done” while taking a collaborative approach
- Experience building and leading successful teams; proven ability to coach and grow talent and organizational capabilities
- Ability to set measurable goals for the team and reliably execute on them
