Hawke Media is looking for an organized & experienced Vice President-level leader who will manage and build out Hawke Media's technology operations. This role will be a cornerstone of Hawke Media's leadership team, managing and resourcing a team to execute on projects within our internal business intelligence, IT systems infrastructure, and the future of Hawke Media's client analytics tools. It is incumbent upon this position to ensure all technology platforms used and/or created by Hawke Media drive forward business goals, strategic objectives, and improve the efficacy of employee, departmental and business-wide workflows. This person is a born innovator, a strong people manager, and technically proficient in the architecture of enterprise-level tech stacks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee + Resource technology functions of Hawke Media, including IT, Business Intelligence, Product Development, and Resource Enablement
• Own Hawke Media's tech stack, including CRM, BI Tools, ERP, and Data Warehousing tools
• Develop and maintain documentation of technologies, database schema, and standard definitions
• Pioneer + Lead development of Hawke-proprietary client analytics tools
• Develop and implement training resources
• Own change management within tech infrastructure, ensuring adoption and communication run smoothly
• Develop and implement roadmaps for each arm's technological improvements over various time horizons
• Maintain a work environment for direct reports that promotes agile problem-solving, innovation, and swift execution
• Act as a strategic partner to members of the servant leadership team (SLT) to solve business problems with technology and sound business analytics
• Be tuned into industry and data hygiene best-practices

Skills + Experience:

• 5+ years leading technology-based teams in Product Management, Business Analytics, and/or IT
• Required experience in enterprise tech stack architecture
• Preferred experience in Hubspot, Salesforce, and NetSuite
• Application development experience preferred
• Background in digital marketing and/or eCommerce preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Success in developing and implementing complex projects to solve business needs
